Summary: subprocess example missing "stdout=PIPE"

Initial Comment:
In the Python Library Reference, section 6.8.3.2, the
Popen for p2 is missing "stdout=PIPE". Correct line is:

p2 = Popen(["grep", "hda"], stdin=p1.stdout, stdout=PIPE)

This typo also occurs in subprocess.py line 232. The
executable example on line 1118 is correct.

Python 2.4, Red Hat Linux 9.
