This is true for both the 2.3 and 2.4 documentation on pages http://www.python.org/doc/2.3.5/lib/module-xmlrpclib.html and http://docs.python.org/lib/module-xmlrpclib.html The target page is http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/xmlrpc-howto/xmlrpc-howto.html.
