Summary: Assert failure in signal handling
Initial Comment:
With Visual Studio 2005 while compiling in debug mode.
Assert faillure occurs line 1657 in pythonrun.c.
New 2005 debug runtime raise an assert while using
unsupported signals.
Proposed patch :

Python 2.5 fixes this problem, however, the fix was not
backported to 2.4.
See patch 1350409 also #1167262 and #1311784.
