Summary: arrayobject should use PyObject_VAR_HEAD

Initial Comment:
The only difference between PyObject_VAR_HEAD and
PyObject_HEAD is that VAR_HEAD adds Py_ssize_t ob_size;

This is also the first field that arrayobject adds; it
would be clearer to just use PyObject_VAR_HEAD and take
the field out of arrayobject's explicit declaration.
