Here's the traceback from running IDLE in cmd line.

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode bytes in position 1-2: invalid
continuation byte
Not much meaningful but is better than nothing... Looks like some traceback is
missing, and this one points to tkinter.
