The perf_counter_process_time.patch currently changes them, even though the new APIs are not available on older Python releases, thus breaking pybench for e.g. Python 3.2 or earlier releases. Ditto for the resolution changes: these need to be optional and not cause a break when used in Python 3.1/3.2.
