New submission from Brian Curtin <br...@python.org>: With the addition of #3561, I think we might want to have the file association feature follow it in not being a default feature. It seems a bit off that we don't want to change the way "python" reacts on the command line by default, but we do want to change the way "script.py" reacts by default.
