Antoine Pitrou <pit...@free.fr> added the comment: I think it could go into "python setup and usage" (http://docs.python.org/dev/using/index.html), but that seems target at first-time users; or perhaps a HOWTO (http://docs.python.org/dev/howto/index.html), but it might make it less visible. Or a "debug and instrumentation" section indeed (we could also put the python-gdb doc there).
