Looking over changeset 184700df5b6a, I'm still fine with the change if invalidate_caches() is appropriate for both. If not or if we don't know yet, I think we should hold off on moving invalidate_caches() up into Finder. If it is okay then we should add meta path finder traversal to importlib.invalidate_caches().
