R. David Murray added the comment: I think changing these is unnecessary churn. Change them when you change surrounding text, just like we refrain from refactoring for PEP 8 compliance, etc, unless we are changing the code for other reasons. There is nothing *wrong* with these being links, it just isn't necessary.
