copy2

try:
    copystat(src, dst)
except OSError, err:
    if WindowsError is not None and isinstance(err, WindowsError):
        pass
    else:
        raise

copytree

try:
    copystat(src, dst)
except OSError, err:
    if WindowsError is not None and isinstance(err, WindowsError):
        pass
    else:
        errors.extend((src, dst, str(why)))
