+    strobj = PySequence_GetSlice(u, 0, 200);
+    if (strobj != NULL) {
+        PyErr_Format(PyExc_ValueError,
+                     "invalid literal for int() with base %d: %R",
+                     base, strobj);
+        Py_DECREF(strobj);
+    }

Oh, it remembers me that #7330 is still open.
