Gazi Alankus added the comment: If by not being able to reproduce, you mean that you campiled Mesa with NPTL support and tried a Python extension that's using std::cerr (like the attached source in the other thread I linked to) and is linked to -lGL, then fine.
Mesa with NPTL support is compiled with # Add '-DGLX_USE_TLS' to ARCH_FLAGS to enable TLS support. as quoted from configuration files in config/ directory of Mesa source tree.
