Nick Coghlan added the comment: Where to document the infrastructure setup (including the buildbots) is up to Noah/infrastructure-sig, as the devguide just covers CPython development, while the PSF infrastructure team covers a lot more than that.
A pointer from the devguide docs to the appropriate infrastructure docs would make sense, but it isn't the right home for the docs themselves.
