New submission from Terry J. Reedy: The Idle options/configuration dialog had a useless Help button that did nothing. #17721 commented out the creation and packing of the button. This issue is about making the Help method work. Perhaps it should open the general help document at the options section. Or perhaps this should be a separate file. Once Help() does something, re-enable the 4 disabled lines.
