Elena Oat added the comment: Attached is the patch that tries to solve the issue for the strings, tuples, lists and dictionaries. Tuples, lists and dictionaries use the same value for the threshold. There's a helper method in the tests that is generic to all mentioned types. This issue was discussed during the Helsinki Python sprint.
