Cyd Haselton added the comment: Stefan, I wouldn't know if they're reported to the same bug tracker...it's possible they aren't. Additionally it's possible that the lack of locale support in libc isn't considered a bug.
Ethan, Given Victor's recommendation of using the dev branch and the fact that my mods were made to a stable download (3.4.2), what would be the recommended way to go about getting my efforts into github so that they can be built upon?
