Donald Stufft added the comment: I don't know if this should be part of IDLE or not, but I've long wondered if we should make a GUI frontend for pip. To be clear, I'm not against this being in IDLE either, but just saying I've thought about making a pip-gui project in the past, I just haven't had the time or motivation to really do it.
