Terry J. Reedy added the comment: The tracker is not a help forum. It is for patching CPython. You might do better to ask for help in python-list or Stackoverflow or elsewhere to try to determine whether you need to do something different or if the problem is with Solaris or if indeed CPython needs to be patched somewhere.
