In file ConfigParser.py, def write, replace line
key = " = ".join((key, str(value).replace('\n', '\n\t')))
by
key = " = ".join((key, str(value).decode('utf-8').replace('\n', '\n\t')))
Tested in Windows7 and Ubuntu 15.04.
