Colm Buckley added the comment: ... the script is /lib/systemd/system-generators/systemd-crontab-generator, although that's not hugely germane to the discussion. Arranging for PYTHONHASHSEED to be set while it's called wouldn't be impossible of course, although a command-line flag would be easier and probably safer.
