Upendra Kumar added the comment: I, actually want to make a 'configuration object' before running the 'pip' GUI. Therefore one of the parameters of the configuration object will be to detect the path to installed 'python.exe' in Windows. In order to get executable paths I need to read the Windows registry keys.
