To contribute you work, attach it here as a patch to the tkinter sources found in Lib/tkinter/ of a cpython source checkout. You'll need to sign a contributor agreement before we can look at or accept it, the tracker should prompt you to do so when you attach your patch. The devguide is also a great resource for questions you may have while preparing your patch.
