Zachary Ware added the comment: Python 3.2 is out of support, so unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help here. I would recommend using Python 3.6 as it is the latest version, but if you absolutely need 3.2 for some reason your best bet is probably to build it yourself. It is a fairly straightforward procedure, and a guide to get started can be found in the CPython devguide.
