Berker Peksag <[email protected]> added the comment: Note that the macpath module has been deprecated in Python 3.7 in issue 9850 and it's going to be removed in Python 3.8 (and Python 3.6 is the only Python 3 release that accepts bug fixes at the moment) Perhaps it's not worth to fix the macpath case at all.
