btw there are some other tests that fail too after removing that test like:
test test_tokenize failed -- Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/build/Python-3.6.3/Lib/test/test_tokenize.py", line 1557, in
test_random_files
testfiles.remove(os.path.join(tempdir, "test_%s.py") % f)
ValueError: list.remove(x): x not in list
