I tried the download again and got the same error with a slightly different log file, hopefully that will help identify the problem. Apart from that, I don't know of any other Python log files, there's no others in the same folder and I can't find others elsewhere. The full error message reads: 'Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install.'
