In the past, we added more and more info, and at the end, the header became "giant" for no good reason. That's why I created pythoninfo which should now run on all CI (Travis CI, AppVeyor, buildbots, I don't know for VSTS). I was going to suggest you to extend pythoninfo to log sys.thread_info, but you just wrote that it's already there.
