Amaury Forgeot d'Arc <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> added the comment: Py_AddPendingCall is used inside signal handlers. It seems that there is a (tiny) chance that a signal interrupts the program inside Py_MakePendingCalls, while the pendinglock is held. Py_AddPendingCall would try to acquire this lock again and deadlock.
