Well, it solves the problem with the configure script. My pyconfig.h.in contains: /* Define to 1 if you have the <pthread.h> header file. */ #undef HAVE_PTHREAD_H /* Define to 1 if you have the `pthread_init' function. */ #undef HAVE_PTHREAD_INIT /* Define to 1 if you have the `pthread_kill' function. */ #undef HAVE_PTHREAD_KILL /* Define to 1 if you have the `pthread_sigmask' function. */ #undef HAVE_PTHREAD_SIGMASK The problem extends after the configuration. It's as if the android headers are not visible to configure.
