It looks like you had a previous install that wasn't cleaned up properly (all the packages are still registered). Any idea what may have caused that? The easiest workaround will be to use Programs and Features to find and repair the previous install ("Modify" in P&F and then "Repair" in the Python installer). You might be able to skip straight to Uninstall here, but sometimes that won't work without repairing first.
