PyUnicode_AsUTF8() is used 3 times more than PyUnicode_AsUTF8AndSize().
$ find -type f -name '*.c' -exec egrep 'PyUnicode_AsUTF8AndSize\(' '{}' + | wc
-l
35
$ find -type f -name '*.c' -exec egrep 'PyUnicode_AsUTF8\(' '{}' + | wc -l
101
