Because there is a typing.AnyStr (which is equal to AnyStr = TypeVar("AnyStr",
str, bytes)), I think there should be a AnyNum which is equivalent to
from decimal import Decimal
from fractions import Fraction
AnyNum = TypeVar("AnyNum", int, float, complex, Decimal, Fraction)
