I have WhatsApp installed for all users. (on %ProgramFiles%) Unfortunately, I just saw that installation files of the Python are stored on "%LocalAppData%\Package Cache". Installation files should be stored on "%ProgramData%\Package Cache". The problem now is that other users can no longer delete or update Python. Please fix this issue.
