I think that you mean that PosixPath will be converted to PurePosixPath on Windows, and WindowsPath will be converted to PureWindowsPath on Posix. In can be easily achieved by making alias PosixPath=PurePosixPath on Windows and WindowsPath=PureWindowsPath on Posix.
