I'm not so worried about the code, but more so the tests. As far as the code goes, it's really a combination of float and string formatting. I copied the float formatting and refactored the string formatting so I could reuse it. But of course, another set of eyes to review it is always welcome. If you find anything, I'll fix it. I'm closing this issue.
