New submission from Jon Seger <[email protected]>: I upgraded from 2.5.2 to 2.6.5 on a WinXP system. Console interpreter worked fine, but IDLE would not launch (quit without displaying anything on screen). Same with 2.6.4. Finally tried 2.5.4, which works as expected (like the old 2.5.2).
