It did spend quite a while in test_posix, but the test eventually finished (and failed). I didn't get to the end of the test run, unfortunately, because I ran out of disk space. (4 virtual machines on a small laptop is pushing it a bit. :) It's possible that the test_posix failure was due to running out of space, I guess.
