Given the following statements:
raise Foo('bar'), None, baz
raise Foo('bar'), None
2to3 produces:
raise Foo('bar')(None).with_traceback(baz)
raise Foo('bar')(None)
Instead of:
raise Foo('bar').with_traceback(baz)
raise Foo('bar')
