David Murray <rdmur...@bitdance.com> added the comment: I can confirm that the tests fail before the patch (but if an only if /tmp is a different file system from the one where the build is, see issue 9999) and pass after the patch. The patch itself looks good to me and does accord better with how 'mv' works.
