The configure to Makefile option processing for a few options is non-standard. For example, --enable-loadable-sqlite-extensions=no is treated the same as --enable-loadable-sqlite-extensions or --enable-loadable-sqlite-extensions=yes, contrary to standard Autoconf behavior.
