Sorry, for the wrong info. The issues exists only for folder renaming in
windows.
try this,
>> import os, shutil
>> os.mkdir('test')
>> shutil.move('test', 'TEST')
poof. The folder is gone.
Shouldn't the path case be checked for file operations?
