Ok. Sounds like a regression, but anyway.
It's not a regression for the status quo. Ideally, we as an
organization could handle the administrative overhead of self-hosting
the DVCS branches. But if not, there are certainly hosting facilities
that can handle high fidelity imports of the svn masters.
