He has been very active on the bug tracker, doing triaging work and contributing a number of patches.
After noticing his activity, I believe I counted over 30 patch submissions with commits by about 7 different people (including Ezio). I was about to ask if any of them thought he should be added.
So I am a qualified +1 on the basis of volume of activity without having been directly involved with his work.
