I've created another release clone for 3.2.2rc1 and am working on that release now.
There are consistent failures in test_distutils on the Windows machines; it would be nice to get these fixed. If anyone can do that in the next few hours, please tell me on #python-dev, otherwise it'll have to wait for the final.
