We start with a PEP, then the SC will make a determination based on this PEP 13 Mandate: "Establish appropriate decision-making processes for PEPs” which is still a work in progress. I think for the short term, we just continue the status quo. It’s not ideal to have two forums for the same community, but it’s not such a burden that it needs immediate resolution, IMHO. -Barry
