  I think this ill-fated bit of code should be purged and the issue
closed. It's in there but just raises a NotImplemented exception. I've
not done any work on moving it forward and I think it's sloppy to leave
it in the code base.

There is also the apache.table() memory leak, but not reported in JIRA
yet. I'll go do that right now.
