Making a "peace offer" is the confession of having started a war. I don't know why you are on this crusade, but I doubt it is the lonely "confused user" cited in https://bugs.python.org/issue43179. Others pointed out in this thread that it's not the first time of such unfriendly behavior. Even others might also see it as some kind of harassment.
