I don't believe you can actually use temporary accounts. Github only allows one account per physical person, and if I delete my account, then later open a new one from the same IP and/or with a related e-mail address, I would expect them to either blocklist me, or resurrect the old account and copy the data to the new one. In the tradition of the Free Software movement, reporting bugs is considered an act of good citizenship.
