In addition, since he did the development in the Python sandbox, his
checkins all along have been there for everyone to see. It's not like he
did the work in Outer Mongolia then showed up one day checked it in while
everyone was sleeping. I see mention of "setuptools" in the distutils-sig
archive at least as far back as May 2005 and mention of "eggs" back to at
least April 2005.
